The International Food Festival 2016 titled 'Taste the World' will be held in the ancient city of Hoi An on March 14th - 20th to promote Hoi An culture and tourism to domestic and international visitors.

Participating chefs come from 13 countries, including Germany, Russia, Turkey, Sri Lanka, Sweden, Slovenia, Mauritius, Italy, France, Greece, India, the UK, and the host Vietnam.

At the opening and closing ceremonies held in the An Hoi Sculpture Garden, all culinary creations made by 12 international chefs will be displayed and introduced to visitors.

In addition, perse activities such as cooking shows, dish creations by international chefs in 12 restaurants in Hoi An and cooking technique exchanges between international and local chefs, among others, will be held during the festival.

Techniques for dishes and cakes in Hoi An city will be also introduced./.
