Fourth, organizing people-to-people diplomacy activities and guiding member organizations in peace, solidarity, and friendship initiatives; coordinating and mobilizing foreign non-governmental aid also play a pivotal role.

Fifth, the union aims to implement eight priority tasks under Plan No. 56-KH/TU (dated May 23, 2022) of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, aligned with Directive No. 12-CT/TW (dated January 5, 2022) by the Party Central Committee's Secretariat on strengthening the Party's leadership and improving the effectiveness of people-to-people diplomacy in the new situation.
