"Flying Books 2024" - Book Donation and Reading Culture Development in Hoa Binh Province

On August 26, 2024, Good Neighbors International (GNI), in collaboration with the "Sach oi mo ra" (SOMR) project, organized a ceremony to donate 15,790 books, educational materials, and toys while promoting reading culture at Gia Mo Primary & Secondary School in Tan Lac District. The Flying Books 2024 campaign, launched from April 22 to June 30, 2024, aimed to ensure that students had adequate textbooks for the new school year and to extend the life cycle of books, stories, and used toys. Sixty sponsors, including organizations, businesses, schools, and individual philanthropists, contributed a total of 14,571 books, 935 sets of educational tools, 284 preschool toys, and nearly VND 8 million. |
