Foreign Foodie Praises Vietnamese-Styled Deep Fried Chicken
Nowadays, Vietnamese cuisine has become more and more attractive to foreign tourists. Not only are there famous dishes like Banh Mi or Pho, but many travelers from other countries are also passionate about local dishes that they have never tried or heard of before.
Recently, a foreign foodie shared about a delicious dish called “Com Ga Xoi Mo” (Vietnamese fried chicken with rice) that she tried. She remarked that this is “the best fried chicken that I have ever eaten. Only in Vietnam”. Attached is a short clip recording the scene of pouring oil to cook chicken at a restaurant in Ho Chi Minh City.

This clip also quickly received the attention of many netizens. Viewers are curious about the luxurious dish when completed, so the blogger added more of the pictures for them to see. She said: “A lot of people asked about the finished dish. Here it is! The skin is extremely crispy, like a snack. The meat still retains moisture.”
When a netizen asked about the address where she enjoyed the fried chicken rice, she confirmed that it was at a small restaurant called “Com Ga Su Su”, a famous fat-fried chicken rice stop in Ho Chi Minh City.
