Friedrich Naumann Foundation Sponsors to Support Climate Change Response in Can Tho
The aid aims to raise local people's awareness of climate change, classification and management of household waste, sustainable urban development, and the role of youth in climate action in the Mekong Delta, resulting in more positive attitudes and ideas for climate change responses.
In addition, the aid provides a platform for sharing and discussing technical solutions to support the development of the smart city model; building a network of young people with social influence in environmental protection activities; enhancing sustainable development of provinces and cities in the Mekong Delta and neighboring areas; creating probiotics and applying them to sorted organic waste to resupply plants; organizing training courses, especially communication skills training; and building communities to participate in climate change response activities.
