Last afternoon, the city's leaders required private medical clinics and drug stores to make a list of residents in the area who show symptoms of fever, cough, and breath shortness then report the list to medical establishments at the district level. If not strictly complying with the city's directive, the clinics and drug stores will be fined according to regulations.
