Culture, as the repository of a nation's essence, not only preserves identity but also serves as a strategic asset to elevate Vietnam's standing among international peers. Amid Vietnam's modernization efforts, culture serves as a soft power, strengthening national unity and projecting a positive, friendly, and vibrant image to the global community. Thus, cultivating culture alongside socio-economic development will be a paramount task for Vietnam to assert its position and identity in the new era.
