Hello Vietnam program at Russia’s MGIMO University
On the occasion of the great festival in 2015 and 65 years of diplomatic relations between Vietnam and the Russian Federation, Vietnamese students from Moscow State Institute of International Relations (MGIMO) have organized a program themed "Hello Vietnam" to promote the country and people of Vietnam and exchange among students.
In the great hall of MGIMO, visitors could see photos about the country, the people, their cultural festivals and the traditional culinary dishes of Vietnam.
During the program, students and visitors could see and buy traditional craft products, as well as tea, coffee, rattan furniture, embroidery products and souvenirs.
In addition, an art program was performed by Russian and Vietnamese students including a display of traditional long dresses and folk song performance.
The program not only helped foreign students understand more about the national identity of Vietnam but also link students together through diplomatic activities./.
