On Saturday's evening June 28, amidst the shimmering ancient space of Temple of Literature - Imperial Academy (Van Mieu - Quoc Tu Giam) National Monument (Hanoi), the performance of "Ao Dai - Vietnamese Cultural Heritage" brought audience 21 collections of Vietnamese traditional Ao Dai - the UNESCO's heritage.

The "Ao Dai -Vietnamese Cultural Heritage" show was organized by the Vietnam Women's Union in collaboration with the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism to honor the values and beauty of Vietnamese Ao Dai in families and society arousing and promoting the Vietnamese cultural tradition. Moreover, this event is a welcome to the success of the 36th ASEAN Summit in which Vietnam plays the role of ASEAN Chair 2020, including a special meeting of ASEAN leaders on potentially increased power for women in the digital age.

Especially, in October this year, on the occasion of the 90th anniversary of the Vietnam Women's Union's establishment (1930-2020), a large-scale and unique peak activities to honor Vietnamese Ao Dai is going to be held spreadly.
