At the program, international students from Germany, Belgium, Japan, South Korea, China, and many other countries explored the traditional cultural features of the Vietnamese New Year.

Nishijima Haruyuki shared that he already learned a lot about the Vietnamese culture for celebrating the Lunar New Year, so he was excited to experience it first-hand at the festival.

Another international student, Bernhard Arnold from Germany, also shared that he learned a lot about Vietnam's traditional culture thanks to the festival.

"I think Vietnamese Tet traditions are very interesting. It is great to know more about the culture of Vietnam," said Bernhard.

Dr. Tran Huu Tri, Head of the Department of Vietnamese Languages and Culture, ULIS, hoped that the International Spring Festival 2025 not only gives each international student a warm feeling but also helps them gain more understanding and affection for the country and the people here. He believed programs like this would help international students become closer, building bridges for cultures around the world.
