Mat weaving artist Nguyen Thi Thanh (Vinh Ngoc, Nha Trang) said that foreign tourist groups love to watch people grow vegetables and weave mats. They listened attentively to the mat-making stages and even tried weaving directly.

After a day of touring the villages, and chatting with artisans and farmers, some tourists buy more products to take home. Watching farmers grow vegetables, and artisans mold pottery, and weave mats, tourists are impressed when visiting ancient communal houses on the outskirts of Nha Trang.

People living near Phu Vinh communal house (Vinh Thanh commune, Nha Trang) shared that every time they visit, tourists are attracted to the architecture of this village house. It has been established for hundreds of years but is still strong with time.

Through the translation, they were impressed with the Vietnamese people's worship tradition and good beliefs. Currently, Phu Vinh communal house still preserves many valuable relics and antiques such as 14 pairs of wooden tureens, 13 horizontal paintings, and 5 decrees bestowed by the Nguyen Dynasty kings.

Thanh Nhan, an experienced tour guide said that after resting and having lunch in the urban center, tourists wished to spend the rest of their day in the countryside space of Khanh Hoa for peace and relaxation.
