According to Booking.com, the 13th Traveller Review Awards honored more than 1.71 million travel partners worldwide, including 1,711,539 accommodation establishments, 1,329 car rental companies, and 124 taxi service providers. This is a record milestone, up 16% from the previous year.

The Mekong Delta province of Kien Giang, home to Phu Quoc Island, is the only Southeast Asian destination featured in Booking.com's list of the world's 10 most welcoming places.

Other destinations on the list are Osijek-Baranja (Croatia), Kakheti (Georgia), Madeira (Portugal), Misiones (Argentina), Graubünden (Switzerland), South Australia (Australia), Bretagne (France), Baja California Sur (Mexico), and Drenthe (Netherlands).
