On the afternoon of September 22, at the Special National Monument of Van Mieu - Quoc Tu Giam, a signing ceremony of a memorandum of understanding on the co-organization of a cultural exchange event took place between the Vietnam Cultural Heritage Association and the Korean Institute of Culture Resources. As a result, it was decided to organize a writing competition and exhibit of "President Ho Chi Minh's quote on Korean calligraphy" in conjunction with the Korean Institute of Cultural Resources and the Vietnam Cultural Heritage Association. The objective is to introduce traditional Korean culture in general and handwritten Korean culture in particular to Vietnam, as well as to mobilize the creative application of traditional cultural values for international exchanges. Speaking at the event, the President of the Vietnam Cultural Heritage Association Do Van Tru expressed, "In daily life, President Ho Chi Minh's simple but profound sayings have a great influence on the thinking and way of life of Vietnamese youth. Besides, Vietnamese youth learning Korean is increasingly popular, which is also the foundation for the 2022 Vietnam-Korea Cooperation Program to be implemented, in which, the combination of calligraphy art Korea and Ho Chi Minh's philosophy are the main ideas of the event."
