More than 300 local, foreign children join painting contest on Hanoi
The Hanoi Union of Friendship Organizations (HAUFO) in coordination with Hanoi Department of Culture and Sports, Hanoi's Culture Center and Hanoi Peace Committee organized the children’s drawing contest named “I love Hanoi - City for Peace” to commemorate 1,010 years of Thang Long-Hanoi and to celebrate the 66th anniversary of the capital’s Liberation Day.
The annual event was co-organized by the Hanoi Union of Friendship Organizations (HUFO), the municipal Department of Culture and Sports, the Hanoi Cultural Centre and Hanoi Peace Committee in response to the 1,010th anniversary of Thang Long – Hanoi (1010-2020) and the 66th anniversary of the capital’s Liberation Day (1954-2020).
