National Action Month on Gender Equality and Gender-based Violence Prevention and Response is held from November 15 to December 15 every year and is a peak communication campaign on gender equality and prevention and response to gender-based violence nationwide in 2024.

The National Action Month on Gender Equality and Gender-based Violence Prevention and Response was launched on November 15 by the Ministry of Labour, Invalids and Social Affairs (MoLISA), in collaboration with the Ministry of Public Security and United Nations Entity for Gender Equality and the Empowerment of Women (UN Women). In 2024, the theme of Action Month reflects Vietnam's current priorities and focus in promoting substantive gender equality, aiming to promote the capacity, role, and potential of women and men for the development of the community and family and to equally benefit from the results of that development. |
