Painting contest marking Vietnam-Cuba diplomatic ties launched
A painting competition was launched in Hanoi on September 14 by the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union Central Committee, to celebrate the 60th founding anniversary of Vietnam-Cuba diplomatic relations (December 2, 1960-2020).

Entries must show an understanding about Cuba, the friendship and solidarity between Vietnam and Cuba in the past, at present and in the future, as well as Cuban President Fidel Castro and his relationship with President Ho Chi Minh and the Vietnamese country and people, and activities of the two nations’ youths. They must come in sizes between 30cmx40cm and 50cmx70cm and have not been published on newspapers, magazines or mass media. Source: Cuban embassy |

The organising board will present one first prize worth VND2 million; three second prizes, each worth VND1.5 million; six third prizes worth VND1 million each; 20 consolation prizes, each worth VND500,000 to the winners. Source: NDO |
