Vietnam's entry into era of transformation represents a significant leap forward, presenting both opportunities and challenges intertwined. To ensure Vietnam strides confidently into this transformative era, several fundamental solutions must be prioritized.

First, Vietnam must continue to adhere to the "four steadfast principles": unwaveringly maintaining, creatively applying, and advancing Marxism-Leninism and Ho Chi Minh's thought; maintaining the goals of national independence and socialism; steadfastly following the Party's renewal path; and adhering to the principles of Party building. These principles are considered vital, fundamental to the Party, and essential for the survival of the political system, as emphasized "These are matters of principle, fundamental to the survival of our system, the bedrock of our Party, and not subject to wavering or compromise." Among these, the principle of "upholding, applying, and creatively promoting Marxism-Leninism and Ho Chi Minh's thought" is paramount as it directly influences the ideological stance, political resolution of Party members, and the formulation of the Party and State's policies .
Second, Vietnam must accelerate comprehensive and synchronized reform, ensure rapid and sustainable development with a focus on economic growth, social progress, and environmental protection at its core. Party building remains pivotal, cultural development serves as the foundation, national defense, security, and foreign relations are persistent priorities. This approach reflects the ethos of "self-reliance, self-confidence, self-determination, and national pride," enhancing the nation's comprehensive strength across all fields and establishing a solid foundation for Vietnam to "rise" and "take flight."
Third, Vietnam must steadfastly maintain its independence and sovereignty, prioritizing national and people's interests to the highest degree, grounded in the principles of international law. The nation must resolutely preserve the socialist homeland from an early stage, addressing potential threatens preemptively and decisively. Vietnam should also persist in its independent and self-reliant foreign policy, embrace multilateralism and diversification, and be a reliable friend, partner, and responsible member of the international community. Leveraging the combined strength of the entire nation and aligning it with global trends will be instrumental in propelling Vietnam's development in this new era.

Fourth, the government must remain committed to the principle that "the people are the roots," recognizing that the people are both the center and driving force of renewal efforts. Building a socialist rule-of-law state of the people, by the people, and for the people under the leadership of the Communist Party of Vietnam is essential. By fortifying the "people's defense posture," Vietnam can advance its renewal process while preserving the Party's ideological foundation and countering hostile narratives, thereby protecting the Party, State, and socialist regime.
Fifth, Vietnam must continue advancing efforts to build and rectify the Party to ensure it remains clean and strong. The fight against corruption and negative behaviors must be relentless and unyielding. The country should meticulously prepare for Party congresses at all levels, culminating in the 14th National Congress, to generate new momentum and aspirations. These efforts will harness the collective will and determination of the entire nation as it steps confidently into this new era.
This "era of transformation" represents a defining moment in Vietnam's development journey, built upon accumulating conditions and the collective determination of the entire nation. It is a time of great opportunity for Vietnam to solidify its position as a strong, civilized, and prosperous country. The message of this era serves as a call to action, energizing the people to overcome challenges and accelerating their progress toward achieving the ambitious and noble goals set for the years ahead, as Vietnam enters a new chapter in its history.
