The photo exhibition’s opening ceremony marked the attendance of President of Vietnam Union of Friendship Organizations Nguyen Phuong Nga, Deputy Head of the Central Propaganda Department Bui Truong Giang, Former Deputy Director of Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics and Standing Vice Chairman of the Vietnam - Cuba Friendship Association Nguyen Viet Thao and other delegates, VOV reported.

A total of 90 photos are displayed with the aim of highlighting the solidarity, friendship, cooperation, and mutual support between the governments and people of Vietnam and Cuba.

Photos featuring the landscapes and people of Cuba were captured by Vietnamese photographers who had studied and worked in the country.

The photo exhibition vividly depicts the close relationship and multifaceted cooperation between the two countries.

The photos also highlight important milestones in the bilateral cooperation relations between the two sides as well as the mutual assistance during difficult periods such as the COVID-19 pandemic.
