On the evening of June 10, in Da Nang, DIFF 2023 continued its second round between two first-timers, Canada and France. With the theme "Love without borders", the two contestants delivered a variety of love-emotional fireworks performances. There were also many special performances, in which Vietnamese and foreign artists shared the stage.
The opening team of the night is Hands Fireworks from Canada. The music used is 14 of the best tracks in Canadian electronic music, Hands Firework's performance is called “Aurora”. The special effects of this romantic performance are inspired by the Arctic region in Canada- where they party with singing and dancing to welcome the summer.
"We [Canadian team] came to Da Nang after a very long time everyone had to stay at home because of COVID-19, to meet each other to create a world with no distance. DIFF has brought us closer together, bringing Canada and Vietnam closer together. And what we try to do is celebrate the fact that the world no longer has distance," said Alain Bouthillier, the Director of the Canadian fireworks team in an interview.

Hands Firework's opponents, the France team performed a story called "Colors of Hope", love and hope in the language of a skillful light show and captivating music.
“Let's live together on this planet more harmoniously. We also want to emphasize the friendship between the nations of the world. DIFF 2023 theme is World Without Distance, so we want to show the friendship after 3 years of a very cruel pandemic. We want our performance to not only show professionalism but also convey human emotions and touch the hearts of the audience,” said Edouard Gregoire, representative of the French fireworks team.
