From December 18–20, 2024, the project "Early Recovery Support for Communities Affected by Typhoon Yagi in Ha Giang," funded by the European Union's Humanitarian Aid and Civil Protection Department (ECHO), carried out essential relief activities in Hoang Su Phi District. In coordination with the district’s project management board, local authorities from Chien Pho, Po Lo, and Tung San communes, and commune-level People’s Committees, Plan International Vietnam distributed household hygiene packages; personal hygiene packages for girls, and educational supplies packages. The total value of these support packages amounts to VND 1.2 billion. |
