"On the occasion of the 72nd anniversary of the Traditional Day of VUFO (November 17, 1950 - November 17, 2022), on behalf of the Party Union, I would like to send the warmest sentiment and best congratulation to generations of VUFO officials, civil servants, employees, and VUFO's member organizations at central and local levels.

Dear all comrades,

During the past 72 years, receiving the just and wise leadership of the Party, with the solidarity, unity, persistent efforts, and active contributions of generations of leaders, officials, and employees, the activities of VUFO and of its member organizations, in cooperation with central and local authorities, VUFO has experienced constant growth and many accomplishments, enriched with good traditions, promoted the role and position of people-to-people diplomacy that has made important contributions to the achievements of the country's foreign affairs.
