Ride-hailing Grab, Be, GoViet simultaneously reopen from April 23

Grab has just announced to reopen many services from April 23 on its official fanpage. All 4-wheel hailing services (GrabCar, GrabCar Plus, Enterprise GrabCar, Provincial Grab / Grab Route, GrabTaxi, GrabRent) will be available nationwide, except Hochiminh city.

The GrabBike service has reopened in Hanoi. Meanwhile, other services such as GrabFood, GrabExpress across the country, GrabMart in Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi continue operating normally.

Grab also recommends that passengers using the 4-wheel services requested to take a mandatory medical declaration through the Vietnam Health Declaration or NCOVI application before travelling.

Grab will implement regulations on disinfection, hand disinfection, body temperature test, mask wearing, passenger number not exceeding 50% of seats ...to its all services. Drivers are enabled to refuse services if passengers fail to comply with the regulations.

The Be application also reopens a number of services in many provinces. BeBike hailing service works again in all localities where this app is active. BeCar 4-wheel transport aand hourly car rental service operate in Hanoi, Da Nang, Can Tho and Quang Ninh.

The company continues to suspend the BeCar service, hourly car rental in Ho Chi Minh City, Dong Nai, Binh Duong, Vung Tau, Nha Trang and Hai Phong. Intercity car service hasn't also operating again yet.

GoViet has still no official notice on its Fanpage or homepage, but customers can order GoBike 2-wheel ride hailing service in Hanoi. Remains for food delivery including Go-Food, Go-Viet continue to maintain.
