The Bonghwa Chairman stressed that the project's highlight will be the Chunghyodang area (Zhong Hieu Duong) - a relic of the descendants of the Vietnamese Ly Dynasty in Bonghwa. The project will transform this area into a tourist destination. Also, the district government will build a traditional village, and facilities for accommodation, training, and artistic performance on a 38,350m² land plot in Bonghwa.

The project is expected to attract 100,000 tourists each year, generating a revenue of 3.7 billion KRW and creating 482 direct and indirect jobs.
