The Vietnam General Confederation of Labor has proposed financial support for members and workers affected by the typhoon. Accordingly, each individual who has lost a family member due to the typhoon will receive 10 million VND; those who are seriously injured and hospitalized will receive up to 5 million VND per person; and other affected individuals will receive between 1 to 3 million VND, all sourced from the Union's funds.
