North Korea again fired three unidentified projectiles into the East Sea on Monday (Mar 9), as South Korea reported 248 new cases of the coronavirus, bringing the total infections to 7,382.

South Korea reported 516 new cases of the coronavirus on Wednesday, bringing the nation's total number of infections to 5,328.

The spouse of a US Forces Korea (USFK) soldier who recently tested positive for COVID-19 has also been confirmed to have the virus, bringing the total number of USFK-related infection cases to four, Yonhap reported on Saturday (Feb 29).
