Sketches show how lives of Hanoians go on amid Covid-19 pandemic
Artists of Urban Sketchers Hanoi have depicted 400 sketches showing how actively are lives of people in Hanoi going on when the whole community is making effort to combat with the novel coronavirus.

Marking the current nationwide 14-day social distancing policy to constrain COVID-19, Urban Sketchers Hanoi launches the special challenge of drawing sketch paintings themed “NCOVI” in 14 days as an effort to join hands with the community in the fight against the Covid-19 epidemic.
The challenge is open for everyone. Each day, participants can send paintings of any material and size to the photo album on the Hanoi Urban Sketch Facebook page.
Those sketches show a different Hanoi in recent days when the situation of medical staff wearing protective gear rushing to move patients into an ambulance, a doctor waves from the negative pressure room or the scenes of quarantine zones.
The abnormal ways of daily lives as a family workout in front of the TV, students are away from schools and study online, a poster calling people to stay at home to avoid Covid-19 contagion among others are depicted in an active way through simple sketches.
