Vietnam's Deputy Minister of Natural Resources and Environment Vo Tuan Nhan made 3 proposals at the opening of the 17th ASEAN Environment Ministers Meeting on August 23 in Vientiane (Lao PDR), which emphasized reaching the net zero emission goal as well as tackling plastic management across ASEAN countries.
