Ambassador Nguyen Phuong Nga, president of the Viet Nam Union of Friendship Organizations (VUFO) presented a special insignia to the outgoing Cambodian Ambassador to Vietnam, Chay Navuth, in Hanoi on January 11. This is a recognition of the Ambassador's contributions to strengthening the people-to-people diplomacy between Vietnam and Cambodia.

More than half a century has passed since June 24, 1967, the relations between Vietnam and Cambodia has always been concerned, preserved, nurtured and promoted by the leaders and people of the two countries.
