The decree on the registration and management of foreign non-governmental organizations (NGOs) in Vietnam, will take effect on November 1, 2022.

The Committee for Foreign Non-governmental Organizations Affairs (COMINGO) and the Vietnam Union of Friendship Organizations (VUFO) will continue to increase direct or virtual information sharing with foreign NGOs, affirmed Phan Anh Son, COMINGO Vice Chairman.

On March 17, in Hanoi, the Committee for Foreign Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs) Affairs (the Committee) organized a teleconference on the national briefing on foreign non-governmental work to review foreign NGO affairs last year and set up tasks for 2021.
