According to the PM, diphtheria has spread to some provinces in the Central Highlands and there have been fatal cases since the beginning of June 2020

A 52-year-old woman is the lastest confirmed diphtheria case in Vietnam’s Central Highlands, while the disease has infected 65 people and killed three in the region this year, local authorities reported.
