According to the VNA correspondent in France, responding to General Secretary To Lam’s call for Vietnam to enter a new “Era of Vietnamese Nation's Rise”, a thematic seminar was held on November 30 in Paris. The event titled "The Role of Vietnamese Intellectuals in France in Advancing Vietnam's Science and Technology Development in a New Era," attracted nearly 80 delegates from the Vietnamese intellectual community in Paris.
