The entire Party, the army force and the people mourn the passing of Party General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong, including Vietnamese peacekeepers performing duties tens of thousands of kilometers away from the Fatherland. Those on the Peacekeeping Mission in South Sudan in United Nations peacekeeping operations set up the national flag hoisted half-mast and an altar for Party General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong for them and international friends to offer their condolences.
