Vietnam PM Nguyen Xuan Phuc has allowed services of discos, bars, beer clubs, karaoke parlors to be resumed operation after months of temporarily shutdown to prevent the spread of coronavirus.

After a long time of halting operation due to Covid-19, series of historical relics and tourist sites nationwide have got green lights from local authorities to reopen and receive visitors.
