From the memories of those who came before and the “historical heritage” of the Vietnamese community in France, participants revisit remarkable imprints of life and development of individuals in France, as well as the motivation to contribute to the community and homeland.

Speaking at the celebration on the occasion of Lunar New Year for the overseas Vietnamese in France on February 6, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Vietnam in France Dinh Toan Thang emphasized that 2023 is an important milestone to promote the friendship and cooperation between Vietnam and France to the next level.

Nguyen Thuy Anh, member of the National Assembly Standing Committee and Chairwoman of the NA’s Committee of Social Affairs, was presented the French State’s National Order of the Legion of Honour, Class Knight, at a ceremony in Hanoi on March 22.
