Vietnam is the eighth largest rubber supplier to the Japanese market, behind only Indonesia, Thailand, the Republic of Korea, Singapore, and the United States, according to the Agency of Foreign Trade under the Ministry of Industry and Trade.

With 3.24 billion USD in 2021, Vietnam ranked third in the world in terms of rubber export value.

According to the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development (MARD), rubber exports have a positive growth in just two months of 2021, doubled in both volume and value compared to the same period last year.
