Vietnam Festival "Hello Saitama" was held under the auspices of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Japan, in collaboration with the Embassy of Vietnam in Japan, the Saitama Provincial Government and a number of associations and businesses on the occasion of the 50th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations.
