Canalys research reveals that the Southeast Asia smartphone market fell 15% year-on-year in the second quarter of this year to 20.9 million units, the lowest shipment since 2014, as the unfavorable macroeconomic conditions continued.

Samsung raised its market share 33% in the second quarter to become the largest smartphone brand in Vietnam.
