The ninety-minute show of “Song of Me,” written by Le and Dat Peter Ton, reflected how the Vietnamese - American generation stay true to their roots while vying for the American Dream.

A play, written by a South Korean and starring Vietnamese actors and actresses were performed to honor the two countries' relations.

After the earlier successful collaborative art projects with the Japan Theatre Centre Without Walk, the Vietnam Youth Theatre has recently announced its official collaboration with Japanese artist Tsuyoshi Sugiyama. Sugiyama would serve as an art advisor and stage director in the coming time.
