Vietnamese border guards in the northern province of Ha Giang and border management forces from the Chinese province of Yunnan have joined a joint border patrol.

Activities will be held to mark the 20th anniversary of the signing of the Vietnam–China Land Border Treaty and the 10th anniversary of the implementation of three legal documents on land border, on August 23.
