On November 30, at Lac Hong University, the Dong Nai Union of Friendship Organizations and the Vietnam-Japan Friendship Association of Dong Nai province organized the Vietnam-Japan Cultural Exchange in 2024 to celebrate the 51st anniversary of Vietnam-Japan diplomatic ties.
