A delegation from the Communist Party of Vietnam Central Committee’s Commission for External Relations attended the 7th meeting of the Youth Wing of the International Conference of Asian Political Parties (ICAPP) in Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia from February 23-26.

On November 1, a memorandum of understanding (MOU) on sustainable rice trade was signed by Vietnamese Minister of Industry and Trade Nguyen Hong Dien and Mongol Minister of Food, Agriculture and Light Industry Khayangaa Bolorchuluun under the witness of President Vo Van Thuong and President Ukhnaagiin Khurelsukh.

On October 26, 2023, the Minister of National Defense of Mongolia presented a precious horse to Vietnamese Minister of Defense Phan Van Giang during the official visit of the high-ranking delegation of the Vietnamese Ministry of National Defense to Mongolia. This is a traditional Mongolian gift and ritual for distinguished guests.
