Organized by the Department of Tourism in Ho Chi Minh City, a week-long programme called Tôi yêu Bánh mì Sài Gòn (I love Sai Gon Banh mi) to introduce the special features of banhmi (Vietnamese bread), will run until the end of this month. 

The Banh Mi is more than just a sandwich. It’s a meaty tale of Vietnamese’s history, culture and philosophy.
