On the morning of November 24, "White Ribbon Breakfast - The role of men as frontliners in violence against women and children prevention and response under the context of COVID-19 pandemic" was held by the Department of Labor - Trade Social Affairs and the People's Committee of District 1, the Department of Tourism of Ho Chi Minh City with support from UN Women and United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime (UNODC).

The concert “Girls deserve to shine” will be livestreamed on the United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA) fanpage and Youtube channel.

The Dignity Kits will be distributed to women at high risk of Gender-Based Violence (GBV) in humanitarian context, particularly in COVID-19 pandemic, through national and sub-national levels.

With the support of Hagar Vietnam and the Women's Union of Yen Bai and Nghe An provinces, Emergency Response Teams from four communes: Minh An, Binh Thuan of Yen Bai province and Quynh Thang, Quynh Luong of Nghe An province were officially launched.

The Government of Vietnam, Government of Australia, UNFPA, UNICEF and UN Women are all working together in the new partnership "Supporting Interventions to Eliminate Violence against Women and Children in Vietnam under COVID-19 Emergency Context".
