On April 23, the Vietnam Union of Friendship Organizations (VUFO) held the fourth Conference of the Presidium, term 2019 - 2024, in Hanoi. The foreign policy of the XIII National Party Congress and the VUFO's Charter approved by the Prime Minister on March 23, 2021 are the key issues to be deployed and grasped this time.
