A collective of artists in Vietnam have created a two week long art exhibition, reflecting on the past twelve years through the signs of the Vietnamese Zodiac. Jason Law visited the event to speak to the people involved and check out what's on show.

An exhibition featuring artworks inspired by rats has opened in Hanoi to celebrate the Lunar New Year – the Year of the Rat, gathering artists from the G39 group.

Optimistic and energetic, people born in the Rat year are likable by all. They are sensitive to other’s emotions but are stubborn with your opinion. 2019 marks the last one of the circle, which is The Pig. Therefore, 2020 is the year of the Rat. The mouse is the animal head of the twelve animals, symbolizing witty, creative, and curious personality traits.

Hanoi will have 15-minute fireworks displays at 30 locations across the city this year to welcome the Lunar New Year.
