However, besides the achievements, there are still limitations in human rights work. Namely, coordination and exchange of relevant information between agencies, departments, and unions that are sometimes not timely and unified. Many shortcomings are still seen in management. Advisory and propaganda work on ensuring human rights is not regularly carried out. The work of opposing and refuting wrong views does not meet requirements.

At the conference, Major General Nguyen Van Ky, Deputy Chief of the Standing Office of the Government's Human Rights Steering Committee proposed that there is a need to be proactive in advising governments at all levels to implement policies and laws on ensuring and promoting human rights. He said that it is needed to continue to promote information and propaganda work on the Party and State's policies and laws on achievements in ensuring human rights at the grassroots level and increase external information about Vietnam's active role in its term as a member of the United Nations Human Rights Council in 2023-2025. It is also necessary to proactively understand the situation, raise vigilance, and detect plots and activities of hostile forces who take advantage of democracy and human rights issues at the grassroots level to conduct sabotage activities.

The human rights training conference thoroughly grasped new and key issues that need attention to ensure human rights. Thereby, cadres and party members can grasp and apply them effectively in their work practice. Delegates listened to rapporteurs present two topics: Limits of human rights and Human rights work in the new situation.
