At the Lam Kinh Special Historical Relic Site, during the presentation of gifts to families under preferential treatment policies in Ngoc Lac District, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh and members of the delegation respectfully offered incense to commemorate the late Emperor Le Thai To, the kings of the Later Le Dynasty, and the heroes and patriots of Lam Son. They also reported the country's development achievements during the period of renovation and international integration to the souls of the ancestors.

In front of the souls of the late Emperor Le Thai To and the ancestors, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh and members of the delegation expressed their gratitude to the national hero Le Loi, the kings of the Le Dynasty, and the famous mandarins and patriots of the Lam Son army who made significant contributions to the historical process of building and defending the country.

On the same day, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh visited and presented gifts to families under preferential treatment policies, poor households, and workers in Ngoc Lac District, Thanh Hoa Province.

On behalf of the provincial leaders, Chairman of Thanh Hoa People's Committee Do Minh Tuan reported to Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh and members of the delegation on preparations to visit and give Tet gifts to families under preferential treatment policies, people with revolutionary contributions, poor households, and workers in difficult circumstances in Thanh Hoa Province.

As the Lunar New Year is approaching, Thanh Hoa has provided allowances in January and February to over 64,000 people with revolutionary contributions and their relatives, totaling more than VND 420 billion. Social allowances for January 2025 were paid to 187,494 individuals and households who take care of people under social protection policies, amounting to over VND 142 billion.

The province ensured good policies and regimes, organized Tet and Spring activities, and provided care for more than 2,000 individuals at social assistance facilities, nursing homes for people with revolutionary contributions, and public drug rehabilitation centers.

All levels and sectors in the province allocated budgets and mobilized resources worth 375.192 billion VND to support policy families, poor households, and people in difficult circumstances.

On behalf of the Party and State leaders, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh visited, presented gifts, and extended New Year wishes to the Party Committee, army, and people of Thanh Hoa province. He expressed joy at the province's outstanding achievements, especially in 2024, with double-digit economic growth, high budget revenue, and guaranteed social security. The Party Committee, government, and people continue to promote and maintain solidarity within the Party, the political system, and among the people.

The Prime Minister highlighted Thanh Hoa's diverse geography, transportation infrastructure, large population, and rich historical, cultural, and revolutionary traditions. He emphasized the importance of promoting human factors, ensuring social security, progress, fairness, and improving the material and spiritual life of the people, especially families with meritorious services, poor households, and workers. He stressed that no one should be left behind during Tet.

The Prime Minister emphasized that 2025 holds special significance with many important tasks: reorganizing the organizational system, promoting economic growth of 8%, striving for double-digit growth, completing socio-economic development targets for 2021-2025, organizing party congresses at all levels towards the 14th National Party Congress, and celebrating the country's major holidays.

The Prime Minister urged Thanh Hoa to closely follow and successfully complete these tasks, educate cadres, party members, and people about patriotism and national pride, and join the whole country in entering a new era of development, civilization, and increasing happiness and prosperity for the people.
