Vietnamese Crew Rescues Filipino Sailor in Distress
The sailor received the aid from Vessel SAR 412 on September 29, and was transported to a local hospital for further treatment.

At 17:57 on September 28, 51-year-old Rallos Rory Jerome, who was on DHT Sundarbans that was en route from Huizhou port (China) to Singapore, fell and struck his head against a metal wall, going unconscious. He was suspected of suffering traumatic brain injury.
The ship's captain immediately contacted the center via shipping agent and logistics provider Asiatrans Vietnam to ask for help.
Upon learning about the incident, the center instructed the vessel to redirect its course towards Da Nang, while coordinating with relevant forces to deploy a rescue plan. It dispatched the specialized search and rescue vessel SAR 412 to the site.
