Vietnamese, Lao, and Cambodian Students Enhance Friendship and Cultural Understanding

The People's Committee, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, the Vietnam Youth Union, and the Vietnam Women's Union of Tan Binh district, Ho Chi Minh City co-organized a program named "Cultural and Culinary Exchange Festival with Lao and Cambodian Students" on April 27, 2024.

Many exciting activities were held during the festival, including visiting the National Historical and Cultural Relic of Giac Lam Ancestral Temple in Ward 10, Tan Binh district; participating in the Vietnam - Laos - Cambodia cultural understanding contest, cultural and artistic exchange activities, and a culinary cultural space.

The "Cultural and Culinary Exchange Festival with Lao and Cambodian Students 2024” program.

The festival's highlight is the music and dance performances imbued with national identity, as well as the cuisine with traditional flavors of all three countries prepared by union members, Laotians, and Cambodian students.

On this occasion, the organizing committee presented gifts to 40 Lao and Cambodian students living and studying in Ho Chi Minh City.

The "Cultural and Culinary Exchange Festival with Lao and Cambodian Students 2024” aims to spread the meaning and significance of implementing coordinated programs to organize companionship and exchange activities with Lao and Cambodian students who live locally, contributing to developing solidarity and friendship between Vietnamese, Lao and Cambodian youth in particular, as well as friends all around the world.
