Major General Nguyen Xuan Kien, Vietnam People's Army said that free medical examination and medicine distribution is a responsibility. According to Major General Kham Pheng Phum Ma Keo, Lao People's Army, this is also an opportunity for doctors and nurses of the two sides to strengthen exchanges and share experiences with each other with the highest sense of responsibility, thereby enhancing professional qualifications and solidarity.
